A Shopper Marketing Idea for Nordstrom
This is a shopper marketing idea we developed for Nordstrom to solve a real problem that their shoppers are facing. It's not too much to say that in-store traffic has declined because of the dreadful fitting room experience. It's almost a torture test to put back on their regular clothes to get another size of an item that doesn't fit. So here we came up with the digital assistant in a dressing room called Size Hop to ease the shopping experience.
